It is important for us to know how a person is involved in the intangible heritage to be reported, to know whether it concerns a practitioner or a data subject.

It is important for us to know whether there is a website about the relevant form of intangible heritage and that we can view it and, if necessary, refer to it via the website.

- We correspond by e-mail with registered practitioners of and those involved in intangible heritage about current events that are important for the safeguarding of intangible heritage in the Netherlands;
- We offer support in safeguarding intangible heritage in the Netherlands to registered practitioners;

Occasionally we correspond by post with practitioners of intangible heritage whose intangible heritage has been registered in the Intangible Heritage Inventory of the Netherlands.
